What is TRONPASS?
TRONPASS is a resource support platform focusing on the TRON ecosystem. We provide daily resource support for users via Telegram community, help reduce transfer costs and improve efficiency. We do not custody any user assets or involve in fund management, all operations are completed independently by users on the TRON network.
Is TRONPASS a wallet?
TRONPASS is not a wallet. We do not store sensitive information such as private keys or mnemonics, nor do we provide asset storage. TRONPASS only provides resource support for TRON wallet users to help them use the TRON network more conveniently.
Is TRONPASS free to use?
Basic daily resource support is completely free. Users only need to join our Telegram channel and complete simple verification to enjoy it. We do not charge any fees or require users to transfer funds in any form.
How many supports per day?
Each verified user can get up to 8 supports per day to meet daily transfer needs. Support times reset at 0:00 every day, users are recommended to claim in time.
How does resource support work?
After users submit their TRON wallet address in the Telegram bot and complete verification, we will directly issue bandwidth/energy resources to this address, which can be used to deduct transfer fees without additional operations.
Will my privacy be saved?
We only save user's TRON wallet address for resource support, no sensitive information like private keys, mnemonics or transaction records. Wallet address is only for resources, will not be leaked to third parties or used for commercial purposes.
How to contact support?
Users can leave messages directly in the official Telegram channel, our support team will reply promptly during working hours. You can also submit tickets via the bot in the channel.
